Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, it must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and unopened.
• The product must not be damaged or altered.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
• Products that have been used, damaged, opened, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

Return Charges

If a return is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The original delivery charges, if any, are also non-refundable.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products may not be eligible for return.
